1. Our Services - Keflavik Transfers provides pre-booked private chauffeur and transfer services in Iceland. By placing a booking through our website, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking and Pricing All transfers must be booked in advance. The total price for your journey is agreed upon at the time of booking and includes all applicable taxes (VAT). Prices are based on the specific route and vehicle capacity selected.

3. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their party size and luggage fit within the stated limits of the vehicle booked. If a group exceeds the legal passenger limit or brings excessive luggage that cannot safely fit in the vehicle, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.

• Weather and Road Closures: Iceland’s weather is unpredictable. If we must cancel a service due to severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, or official road closures, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Delays and Liability For airport pickups, we track your flight and adjust for standard airline delays. However, Keflavik Transfers is not liable for missed flights, missed appointments, or additional travel costs resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as sudden extreme weather, traffic accidents, or unannounced road closures.
